A: BSPT (British Standard Pipe Taper) threads have a 55° thread angle, while NPT (National Pipe Taper) has 60°. They are not interchangeable. However, adapters are available. Our filter is designed specifically for BSPT connections. If you need NPT, please contact us for custom options. -
Q: Can the 100 micron mesh be cleaned and reused?
A: Yes, the stainless steel mesh is washable and reusable. Simply remove the cap, take out the screen, rinse with water or a brush, and reinstall. For heavily clogged screens, a mild detergent can be used. Regular cleaning extends the filter life and maintains performance. -
