  • Intuitive status indication: The front panel is usually equipped with LED status indicators to indicate "Normal Input", "Normal Output" and "Fault Alarm". Some models may support dry contact output for connecting to the host computer or the central control room for remote monitoring.

3. Technical Parameters

  • Large-scale automated production lines: In the manufacturing industries such as automotive and metallurgy, provides centralized and highly reliable power distribution for multi-cabinet PLC systems.

5. Installation and Selection Notes

  • Backplane compatibility: It is necessary to confirm whether the backplane of the control cabinet supports the dual chassis redundant architecture and whether specific cables are required for parallel connection.

  • Heat dissipation requirements: Although the efficiency is high, when the full load output is 34A, the heat generated by the two chassis will increase. It is necessary to ensure that there is enough heat dissipation space in the cabinet (leave at least 50mm gap above and below).

  • Model verification: PHARPSPEP21023 may be a kit model, usually including two empty chassis and necessary connection accessories. When placing an order or selecting a model, please confirm whether the power module (such as PHARPS03000000) and the backplane bus are included.
