Zirconia Ceramic Foam Filter for Steel Casting
DAIER Separation Zirconia Ceramic Foam Filter is developed for filtration of molten steel and high-temperature alloy materials where extreme thermal conditions and chemical stability are required.
The open-cell zirconia structure provides efficient filtration by capturing non-metallic inclusions, slag particles and impurities while maintaining stable molten metal flow.
Due to its excellent high-temperature performance, zirconia ceramic foam filters are suitable for demanding steel casting applications.
