DAIER Separation Vane Mist Eliminator uses specially designed blade profiles to separate liquid droplets from gas streams through inertial impaction. Compared with wire mesh pads, vane type mist eliminators are suitable for higher liquid loading applications with low pressure drop requirements. Blade spacing, material and configuration can be customized according to gas velocity, droplet size and equipment design.

Vane Mist Eliminator for Scrubber and Separation Equipment
DAIER Separation Vane Mist Eliminator is designed for removing liquid droplets from gas streams where high liquid loading and low pressure drop are important.
The specially formed blades create repeated changes in gas flow direction. Liquid droplets cannot follow the gas path due to inertia and impact on the blade surface, where they combine and drain away.
