  Graphite electrodes are a type of high-temperature resistant graphite conductive material made using petroleum coke and pitch coke as aggregates and coal tar pitch as a binder. They are manufactured through processes including raw material calcination, crushing and grinding, batching, mixing, forming, baking, impregnation, graphitization, and machining. These are known as artificial graphite electrodes (referred to as graphite electrodes), to distinguish them from natural graphite electrodes, which are made from natural graphite as the raw material.
