When a café group orders furniture for five venues, they are not buying a cabinet. Spares are interchangeable between venues, so a broken glass door in one café is fixed with the same part as any other. And when venue seven opens in eighteen months, you reorder the same spec and it matches the original run, because the build has not drifted.

The point of a fixed spec is that every decision has already been made once. Procurement does not re-litigate the height, the finish or the door style on every order — they reorder the spec and the goods arrive the same as last time.
Made for the Queensland Climate
Queensland venues punish furniture in ways a showroom never does. Humidity sits in the air all summer. Coastal cafés run open windows and half-outdoor dining rooms, so salt air moves through the front of house. Timber cabinets swell, veneer lifts, and MDF cores drink moisture until the doors stop closing.
A welded steel cabinet does not have those failure modes. There is no board to absorb moisture, no veneer to lift, and the powder coat keeps the coastal air off the steel underneath. For a café with an open front or an under-awning counter, the material choice is the maintenance choice.
Bulk Packing: How the Container Maths Works
Freight is the quiet cost in an import order, and packing decides it. Every unit in this range ships KD flat-pack, which means flat panels stacked tight instead of assembled boxes shipping mostly air. More cabinets per container, lower freight per cabinet, and fewer damaged corners in transit.
One order can mix widths and colours in the same container, and the packing list is split by venue — venue one’s cream white units and venue three’s vintage black units arrive labelled separately, ready for the installer to hand out room by room.
Custom Colours and Branded Runs
Chains that trade on a colour need it to be the same colour every time. The range carries five standard colours, and for project runs we match a brand colour on the frame.
Consistency across a large run is handled the simple way: we coat and confirm a colour sample before the full production run, and the whole order is then finished from the same coating batch. What you approve on the sample is what lands in every venue.
OEM: Your Spec, Our Line
For café groups that want their own unit rather than a standard one, the line runs the same way it runs for any OEM order. You send the spec — door style, glass choice, colours, width mix, any branding. We confirm a spec sheet and a sample for approval. The sample gets signed off, the run goes into production, inspection happens before packing, and the order ships on the dates written on the proforma.
OEM does not mean paying a design premium. It means the factory builds your decisions instead of its own, and the whole supply chain — quoting, packing, spares — still runs through one contact.
Spares and the Next Venue
Bulk buying only works if the furniture can be maintained. Every part in this range carries a part number: glass doors, steel doors, shelves, pulls, catches, LED strips. Venue one breaks a door in year two, the procurement manager emails the part number, and the replacement ships with the next order or on its own.
And because the spec does not drift, an expansion order in year three matches the original fitout. The new venue does not look like the newer, slightly different sibling of the old ones.
The 1-Year Warranty at Bulk Scale
Every unit carries a 1-year warranty on the frame and hardware under normal commercial use. At fleet scale, the terms stay the same but the process matters more: one contact for the whole order, photos and order numbers instead of phone tag, and replacement parts shipped on part numbers. We settle warranty claims with parts, not paperwork.
Questions Procurement Managers Ask
What is the minimum order for bulk terms?
It depends on the spec and the mix. Send the quantity and the venue list, and we confirm the numbers in writing before anything else moves.
Can you match cabinets we already bought from another supplier?
Yes. Send the dimensions and photos of the existing unit, and we match the size, the colour and the door style so the new venues match the old ones.
How do you keep the colour identical across a large order?
A sample is coated and approved before the full run, and the whole order is finished from one coating batch. The approved sample is the reference for every unit.
What is the lead time for 50 to 200 units?
It depends on the season and the spec. Production and shipping dates go on the proforma in writing, and we build to the dates we commit to.
Can one order split across venues with different colours?
Yes. Widths and colours mix freely in one container, and the packing list is split by venue so the installer hands out the right units to the right site.
Does the warranty change for a large order?
No. The same 1-year cover on frame and hardware, one contact for the whole fleet, and spares by part number.
Can you deliver outside the main cities?
Yes. Port delivery or door-to-door across Queensland, including regional venues — the final leg is arranged at the RFQ stage and written into the proforma.
