How the Automatic Backwash Works
The filter is equipped with a differential pressure sensor and a motorized backwash valve. When contaminants build up on the filter element, pressure drop increases. Once the preset differential is reached, a control unit activates the backwash cycle: a small portion of the filtered fluid is reversed through the element, dislodging and flushing out trapped particles through a separate drain.
