Product Overview
CY‑J50H is a high‑concentration, stable slurry prepared by uniformly dispersing nano zinc oxide powder as individual particles in an aqueous medium using advanced dispersion technology. The product appears as a white liquid with a ZnO solid content of ≥ 50%, particle size of 50 ± 10 nm, and pH value of 9–11. It remains stable without stratification or sedimentation over extended storage.
Compared to conventional concentration dispersions and dry powder raw materials, this high‑concentration system offers higher activity, lower transportation costs, and greater formulation flexibility. It completely eliminates the agglomeration issues customers face when self‑dispersing nano‑powders. Application Areas
1. Rubber Tires & Rubber Products
Used in rubber soles, rain boots, rubber gloves, and other protective products to significantly extend service life and improve appearance and color. In transparent and colored rubber products, it can replace traditional activators such as carbon black. For sealing compounds and gaskets, it notably enhances wear resistance and sealing performance.
2. Paints & Coatings
Imparts UV shielding, infrared absorption, and antibacterial/anti‑mold functionality to coatings, while also improving stain resistance, artificial weathering resistance, water resistance, alkali resistance, scrub resistance, hardness, and adhesion — comprehensively enhancing mechanical properties.
3. Ceramics
Lowers the sintering temperature of ceramic products by 40–60°C compared to conventional zinc oxide, producing bright, mirror‑like sintered products.
