Introduction:
Popcorn puffing machine using a new type of hot air air puffing technology on corn kernels (or other grain particles) for puffing, so that the grain particles burst open to achieve the desired shape, the equipment consists of a control system, feeding system, hot air puffing system roller feeding system, waste recycling system consists of five parts; can be used in three different forms of electric energy, gas energy, oil energy heating, the formation of energy-efficient hot air; equipped with advanced PLC Intelligent control system, frequency conversion speed adjustable puffing temperature adjustable and controllable, easy to operate, high rate of product puffing and molding; and spraying and drying equipment with the use of a variety of shapes and flavors of the production of popcorn.
