1. Product Overview
The ECX FLAT 32 S is a short and ultra-thin outer rotor brushless BLDC motor with a diameter of Φ32mm from the original Swiss maxon factory. It belongs to the ECX FLAT disc flat drive series. The model "S" represents the short body version. Compared with the 32 L long body version of the same series, its axial dimension is more compact. It combines high torque, high power density and lightweight integration in equipment with limited thickness, and is the core solution for precise motion control in medium-load and narrow spaces. The motor is standard equipped with a Hall position sensor to achieve smooth electronic commutation, and provides multiple voltage specifications of 12V/24V/36V. It is divided into the standard bare machine version and the iE integrated drive version. It can be freely matched with maxon planetary gearboxes, incremental/absolute encoders. The modular combination covers high-precision equipment scenarios such as medical, automation, optics, and robotics.
