District Heating Edge Data Acquisition Computer for Heating Station
Product Spotlights
Edge local data processing, reduce cloud platform transmission pressure
IP65 outdoor waterproof housing, adapt to complex heating station on‑site environment
1.Product Overview
Edge data acquisition computers are suitable for residential units or buildings, industrial sites, equipment rooms, schools, hospitals, apartments, gymnasiums, and other public facilities. It can collect data from various instruments and sensors,supports centralized reading of large-diameter meters and valves, enables control of large-diameter valves and pumps,and can be expanded to monitor data from underground pipe well equipment including temperature, humidity, pressure,water level, and methane levels. Uplink communication uses 4G, while downlink communication employs RS485 and M-Bus standard interfaces,with support for analog signal output.
The device incorporates built-in intelligent algorithms with edge computing capabilities, enabling local data collection, real-time processing, intelligent analysis, storage, and device interlock control. This effectively addresses issues inherent in traditional cloud computing models, such as high data transmission latency, significant bandwidth consumption, and prominent privacy and security risks. The device first performs localized filtering and preprocessing of massive raw data (e.g., filtering invalid data, extracting key features, completing real-time inference), uploading only valuable results or streamlined data to the cloud.
Due to its powerful functionalities, simple installation (no wiring required), plug-and-play capability, and overall cost savings, it is widely deployed
across various sectors including smart environments, smart agriculture, smart water management, smart property management, smart manhole covers, smart transportation, smart fire protection, smart utility tunnels, and smart industry.
2.Product Advantages
Computing power is distributed to the edge, eliminating the need for long-distance data transmission to the cloud. End-to-end latency can be controlled within 10–50ms, meeting the stringent real-time requirements of industrial control, intelligent transportation, and other demanding scenarios.
Supports optional sensors for temperature, humidity, pressure, liquid level, and hazardous gases such as CH₄, H₂S, and CO, enabling comprehensive monitoring of equipment and pipeline conditions.
Features uplink 4G communication and supports various instruments with RS485, M-Bus, or analog signal (4–20mA) interfaces for downlink communication. Compatible with common domestic and international protocols for heat meters, water meters, and valves; custom interfaces available for non-standard protocols;
Powered by lithium batteries with ultra-low power consumption (standby current
Compact size for easy installation in confined spaces; simple setup with no wiring required—plug-and-play functionality;
Accurate data acquisition with excellent stability, eliminating the need for subsequent calibration;
IP68 waterproof and dustproof rating with electromagnetic interference resistance, ensuring reliable operation in harsh environments.
