Technical Principle

The production process takes qualified industrial liquid caustic soda as the basic raw material. Low-concentration lye enters multi-effect countercurrent evaporation equipment, utilizing secondary steam waste heat for gradient dehydration and concentration to form high-temperature molten caustic soda. Heat-insulated anti-crystallization pipelines transport molten alkali to the flake forming unit. The high-temperature alkali liquid contacts with precision cooling rollers for rapid cooling and solidification, forming uniform standard flake structures. The finished flakes pass through closed dust removal, impurity screening and constant humidity storage processes, avoiding moisture absorption and quality deterioration. Finally, automatic metering and sealing equipment completes finished product packaging and storage.
