Product Description
321 stainless steel clad composite plate is a high-temperature resistant clad material, adopting 12mm thick carbon steel base layer and 5mm 321 titanium stabilized stainless steel cladding layer, produced by hot rolling bonding process. 321 stainless steel adds titanium element to stabilize internal metal structure, effectively preventing intergranular corrosion caused by high-temperature heating and welding. The thickened 12+5mm specification improves overall structural rigidity, and hot rolling process ensures uniform plate thickness and high surface flatness, with no bending or deformation after long-term high-temperature service.
This product has four core performance advantages with accurate data support. Firstly, excellent high-temperature stability, continuous working temperature up to 550℃, no structural softening or performance attenuation, suitable for long-term high-temperature industrial equipment. Secondly, anti-intergranular corrosion performance, titanium stabilization process avoids grain boundary precipitation corrosion, solving the corrosion problem of ordinary stainless steel plates after welding. Thirdly, high structural rigidity, thickened composite structure with overall bending resistance improved by 50% compared with ordinary thin composite plates, not easy to deform under static pressure. Fourthly, good welding adaptability, no cracking or delamination at the welding joint, supporting conventional arc welding and laser welding processing.

Raw materials are strictly screened for titanium element content and mechanical properties to ensure compliance with 321 stainless steel standards. Hot rolling temperature and pressure are precisely controlled by numerical control system to ensure uniform bonding. Finished products undergo high-temperature performance test, ultrasonic flaw detection, welding performance test and dimensional inspection. All products meet GB/T 8165 and ASTM A240 standards, with complete test reports.
For packaging and delivery, thick composite plates are polished and derusted, wrapped with high-temperature anti-rust materials, and fixed with heavy-duty iron frames to prevent deformation. Standard 12+5mm specifications are in stock with 5-8 days delivery. Customized thickness and size products take 10-15 working days. A:T/T (30% deposit + 70% against BL copy), L/C at sight, Western Union, etc.

A:Standard seaworthy packaging with waterproof protection, steel straps, corner protectors, and ISPM 15 fumigation certification. Custom packaging is available as required.
