Product Overview
This skid-mounted high concentration sodium hypochlorite generator is developed for large commercial scenarios such as super-large swimming pools, comprehensive shopping malls, campus water supply and municipal public sanitation disinfection. The equipment produces 10%-13% high-concentration hypochlorite solution by electrolyzing edible refined salt, raw materials are easy to purchase and safe to store, avoiding the safety hazards of transporting bottled chlorine powder and low-concentration bleach. The integrated skid design is convenient for container transportation and rapid installation in underground equipment rooms of shopping malls and sports venues. It can automatically adjust production volume according to swimming pool water circulation flow and residual chlorine value, realize unattended daily disinfection of water bodies, and can also regularly produce high-concentration disinfectant for public area ground, pipeline and garbage station sanitization.
Technical Principle
Adopt compact single-chamber ion membrane electrolysis technology optimized for commercial low-space layout. Edible refined salt is mixed with tap water to form saturated brine, filtered through fine filter to remove tiny impurities to protect electrode coating. The brine evenly enters the compact sealed electrolytic cell with built-in ion membrane. After electrification, chlorine and alkali are separated on both sides of the membrane, and fully absorbed in the built-in mini absorption tower to form high-concentration sodium hypochlorite. The system matches swimming pool circulating water residual chlorine probe, when residual chlorine is lower than the set standard, the electrolysis power automatically increases to improve liquid output; when the index exceeds the limit, the electrolysis unit reduces load or standby. Light hydrogen produced by electrolysis is quickly extracted by small negative pressure fan to prevent gas accumulation in the closed underground equipment room.
