Outside Diameter:10‑1016mm; Wall Thickness:1‑120mm; SCH40,SCH60,SCH80,SCH120,XS,XXS. Length:6m,12m fixed length, maximum 23m customized length. Pipe ends can be plain, beveled or threaded. The surface of Alloy Steel Pipe can be black hot-rolled, pickled or polished with anti-rust oil. Strict size tolerance ensures the precision of each Seamless Alloy Steel Pipe and High-pressure Alloy Steel Pipe.
Manufacturing & Delivery Condition
Alloy Steel Pipe is produced by hot rolling, hot extrusion, cold drawing and cold rolling processes. Conventional Alloy Steel Pipe adopts annealing treatment. Seamless Alloy Steel Pipe adopts fine cold rolling process to improve compactness. High-pressure Alloy Steel Pipe is normalized and tempered to enhance high-temperature resistance and creep resistance.
Every piece of Alloy Steel Pipe passes hydrostatic test, UT and ET non-destructive testing. Each batch of Seamless Alloy Steel Pipe and High-pressure Alloy Steel Pipe can provide EN10204‑3.1/3.2 certificates and support third-party inspection.
