Sanitary centrifugal pumps are single-suction, single-stage, centrifugal pumps designed for conveying various liquids such as milk, beverages, and alcohol. They are essential conveying equipment in the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. These pumps are particularly suitable for applications in systems with high resistance, such as tubular pasteurization, yogurt temperature-holding equipment, and CIP cleaning systems.

Design and Structural Features:
This series of sanitary centrifugal pumps primarily consists of the pump body, pump base, and motor section, each connected by bolts. The support feet on the base are adjustable, allowing for easy installation without requiring a fixed foundation. During installation, the discharge pipe can be positioned either vertically or horizontally according to specific requirements. The centrifugal pump features smooth transitions, rigid construction, and thick-walled design. All components in contact with the process media—such as the pump body, pump cover, and impeller—are made of AISI 316 or AISI 304 stainless steel. The mechanical shaft seal is custom-made from high-quality stainless steel and silicon carbide, significantly enhancing wear resistance and lubricity, thereby extending service life. The pump body and impeller are manufactured using precision integral casting, and all parts undergo surface treatment. Specialized fixtures ensure accurate dimensional tolerances during assembly. An open-type structure is adopted at the shaft seal location, enabling immediate detection of any minor leakage. Even if leakage goes unnoticed for a short period, it will not overflow into the motor, thus ensuring the motor's longevity.
Unique impeller design:
The impeller and sleeve are precision-cast as a single unit, directly mounted on the motor output shaft. This design offers high strength, unique structure, simple installation, and high accuracy, ensuring concentricity, eliminating vibration, and enhancing pump durability. The precision casting of the impeller and sleeve prevents wear between the impeller and hub. The sleeve features an extended rear section that deepens the impeller inlet chamber, improving suction performance and preventing cavitation. The open-type impeller design allows for easy cleaning with no blind spots.
Working Principle:
The impeller is mounted inside the pump casing and rotates together with the pump shaft. The impeller blades transfer energy to the fluid in the form of kinetic and pressure energy. This pump cannot operate by simply reversing rotation. The direction of rotation can be observed from the rear of the motor, and the correct rotation direction is clockwise.

Installation Method and Location:
Before installation, the following checks are essential:
◎ Whether the power supply indicated on the motor nameplate matches the on-site power supply;
◎ Whether the drive unit is intact and undamaged;
◎ Whether it meets special environmental conditions (e.g., flammable or explosive environments, acidic or corrosive environments).
Installation Location:
The installation base for sanitary centrifugal pumps should generally be a flat surface with sufficient strength. It is advisable to install the pump at the lowest possible position of the equipment, i.e., where the maximum lift height can be achieved.
Piping Installation:
The pipe diameter for sanitary centrifugal pumps should match the inlet and outlet diameters of the pump. The inlet pipe diameter must not be too small. (When the pipe diameter is smaller than the pump's inlet, use an eccentric reducer to adjust, minimizing the length of the smaller-diameter section to avoid air pockets.) The outlet pipe diameter must not be excessively large; if the outlet pipe diameter exceeds that of the pump outlet, extend the distance from the pump outlet as much as possible to prevent the motor from overloading.

◎ Beverages: Alcohol, liquor, beer, wort, fermentation liquids, fruit juices, beverages with particles.
◎ Dairy products: Whey, cream, milk, sugar solutions.
◎ Others: Confectionery, baking, chemical industry, etc.
