H Beam is a high-efficiency economical structural steel widely used in modern steel construction. Featuring a standard H-shaped cross-section with wide flanges and uniform stress distribution, it has excellent bidirectional bending resistance. Compared with traditional I-beams and channel steels, H Beam has a more scientific structural design, higher section utilization rate, lighter self-weight and lower comprehensive engineering cost, serving as an indispensable main material for prefabricated steel structures.

We supply full-series high-quality Hot Rolled H Beam, integrally formed by heavy-duty universal rolling mills without welding seams or residual internal stress. With dense steel structure, accurate size and excellent flatness, our products include Wide Flange H Beam, medium flange and narrow flange series, perfectly suitable for steel columns, main load-bearing beams and secondary beams. All H Beam supports one-stop deep processing such as fixed-length cutting, end beveling, drilling, sandblasting, hot-dip galvanizing and welding assembly. 3. Production Process

Steel billet heating → high-pressure water descaling → continuous precision hot rolling → constant temperature cooling → precise straightening → fixed-length cutting → full dimensional inspection → mechanical property re-inspection → finished Hot Rolled H Beam warehousing. Intelligent whole-process control ensures stable performance and accurate specifications of each profile.

  • Packing: Export standard packing with steel strapping, end anti-collision protectors and waterproof & rust-proof film. Custom wooden pallets are available to prevent deformation and rust during long-distance sea and railway transportation.

  • MOQ: 5 tons, sufficient stock, favorable tiered prices for bulk orders, flexible for small and batch orders.

  • Lead Time: 3-7 days for regular H Beam stock; 7-18 working days for customized sizes, anti-corrosion treatment and deep-processed special components.
