Zaecotech's Biomass Pre-Shredding System is specially designed for the preprocessing of agricultural and forestry biomass materials. The system is used to reduce the size of bulky biomass waste, improve material handling efficiency, and prepare feedstock for downstream biomass fuel production, power generation, pelletizing, briquetting, and biofuel manufacturing processes.
Working Principle:
The power system drives the rotor shafts to rotate at low speed and high torque. Through the combined actions of tearing, shearing, cutting, and squeezing between specially designed blades, oversized biomass materials are efficiently reduced into uniform particles. The shredded material is then conveyed to subsequent processing stages such as fine shredding, drying, pelletizing, or fuel preparation.

Used in biomass fuel preparation for power generation plants, co-generation systems in CHP facilities, alternative fuel production for cement plants, biomass pellet and briquette manufacturing, biomass methanol, ethanol, butanol, and biogas production, livestock feed processing, organic fertilizer production, agricultural and forestry waste recycling projects, and renewable energy resource utilization applications.
