About RE4010 precision crossed roller bearing, with each roller perpendicular to the adjacent roller in a 90°V groove, cylindrical rollers or tapered rollers are arranged crosswise. Between rollers and rollers, it is separated by the spacing block, which can avoid the leaning and friction of rollers and effectively prevent the increase of rotation torque. Besides, the clearance can be adjusted. Even if the bearing is put under the preloaded pressure, it can also getthe very high rotation accuracy, rigidity and loading capacity.
Structure:
split inner ring, integrated outer ring (for outer ring rotation). Preload can be adjusted during assembly to eliminate clearance for high rigidity and precision.
Compact thin-wall design,Small axial height saves installation space and enables lightweight machine design.
Multiple sealing options:
RE (open type), RE-U (single seal), RE-UU (double seals) for different working conditions.
Available precision grades:
Standard P6; P5 / P4 high precision can be customized
