Economical Metallurgical Coke Wholesale Smelting Met Coke Raw Material Stable Index For Global Metallurgy Manufacturers
Product Spotlights
Q1: What technical standards does your metallurgical coke adopt?
A: Our main product is Grade 1 metallurgical coke with fixed carbon ≥86%, sulfur ≤0.6%, ash ≤12%, volatile matter ≤1.5%, CSR≥60% and CRI≤28%. All indicators can be adjusted according to customers’ actual production requirements, and particle sizes are customizable.
Q2: What grain sizes of coke can you supply?
A: We provide four mainstream sizes: 0-10mm coke breeze,10-30mm nut coke,30-70mm blast furnace lump coke,80-120mm large foundry coke. Special particle grading can be produced on request.
Q3: Can you provide third-party test certificates for customs clearance?
A: Yes. SGS, CCIC and BV inspection reports (full COA documents) will be issued before shipment. The test reports are recognized by customs of all countries for import clearance.
Q4: What packaging methods are available for export?
A: Two options for global sea freight: 1MT PP woven jumbo bags, or direct bulk loading into 20GP/40GP containers. Both packaging modes are moisture-proof and fit long-distance ocean transportation.
Q5: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: The MOQ is 20 metric tons, which matches full container shipping standards. We also accept small trial orders and long-term annual bulk framework contracts.
Q6: Can metallurgical coke be shipped together with CPC calcined petroleum coke?
A: Absolutely. We support mixed loading of metallurgical coke and CPC in one container. Combined shipment helps buyers save extra ocean freight and simplify procurement procedures.
Q7: What trade terms do you support?
A: We offer flexible trade terms including FOB CFR CIF. We will provide professional export customs documents such as commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin.
Q8: How long is your production and delivery cycle?
A: The production cycle is 7 to 15 working days after receiving your deposit. The sea transit time depends on the destination port, and we will inform clients of the exact schedule in advance.
Q9: What industries can your coke be applied to?
A: Widely used in blast furnace ironmaking, cupola ductile iron casting, electric arc furnace steelmaking, ferroalloy production and smelting of copper lead zinc non-ferrous metals.
Q10: Is your coke anti-pulverization under high furnace temperature?
A: Yes. Our coke owns high CSR and low CRI value, which prevents massive breakage inside high-temperature furnaces, maintains stable air permeability and improves overall smelting efficiency.
