Introduction
ZB-IBT Scott internal bond strength tester is mainly used to test paper and board interlayer bond /Z tensile strength, that is, bond strength between paper surface fibers. This instrument reflects the ability of paper and board to resist the separation between layers, that is, the internal bond strength of paper and board. The test of internal bond strength is very important for processing multi-layer paper and cardboard, because if the internal bond value is low or unevenly distributed, it may cause problems when the paper and cardboard are laid in the offset press using adhesive ink; If the bonding strength value is too high, it will bring difficulty to the processing and increase the cost of the company. Therefore, the test of internal bond strength tester is widely used in multi-layer paperboard such as box board, white board, gray board paper, white cardboard and so on in the printing and packaging industry. In addition, the internal bonding strength is also one of the important indicators of the printing performance of cardboard, when the cardboard in the sticky ink offset printing process, the internal bonding strength is not enough to make the cardboard internal peel; When the internal bonding strength is uneven, the printing quality will be affected.
