Three CrW2Si grades feature gradual upgraded thermal toughness to withstand periodic hot impact loads for hot scissors and punching heads. 6CrMnSi2Mo1V gains deeper hardened layer and stable high-temperature hardness for continuous hot trimming molds. 5Cr3Mn1SiMo1V presents outstanding temper softening resistance under long high-temperature working conditions. Custom fixed-length cutting is available with formal ASTM & GB material inspection certificates for each batch.

Two Mo-V alloy steels are widely adopted for heavy-duty hot extrusion dies and hot pressing components under persistent high-temperature service environment.

We support saw cutting, high-temperature forging, vacuum heat treatment and surface finishing with complete physical and chemical test documents.

Ordinary steel is wrapped with anti-rust paper and fixed by steel strips; polished bright bars adopt sealed plywood cases to avoid abrasion and seawater corrosion during transoceanic shipment.
