Anti-Bubble Platinum Catalyst for Two-Part Addition Silicone
Our anti-bubble platinum catalyst belongs to Karstedt-type platinum complex catalyst, designed to solve the common bubbling problem of two-component addition silicone during heating curing. Conventional platinum catalysts easily generate microbubbles when matched with high-hydrogen silicone oil, resulting in rough product surface, pinholes and poor gloss; this optimized anti-bubble formula greatly inhibits side reactions between platinum catalyst and hydrogen-containing silicone, significantly reducing gas generation.
