Product Overview
We supply ASTM standard steel G50600, G51150, G51170, including hot rolled plate, hot rolled bar and precision cold finished bar, featuring stable chemical composition and uniform metallographic texture.
Grade performance features
G50600: Medium carbon manganese steel, excellent tensile strength after quenching and tempering for static load structural workpieces.
G51150: Low-carbon chromium carburizing steel, forms hard wear-resistant surface layer after carburizing treatment.
G51170: Slightly higher carbon content than 51150, better matrix toughness, suitable for medium-size impact-resistant carburized components.
Processing & quality control
Support cutting, cold drawing, hot forging, quenching & tempering, carburizing and precision machining. Strict batch inspection with complete test reports for customer acceptance.
Main application fields
Mechanical high-strength fasteners, ordinary transmission gears, equipment pin shafts, fixture structural parts and agricultural machinery forged pieces.
Export packaging
Wrap steel with rust-proof waterproof paper and fix with steel bands. Precision bright bars are stored in plywood cases to avoid scratch, deformation and rust during long-distance sea freight.
