Working Principle
Materials are fed into the hopper and drawn in by the forced-feed pressure rollers. Inside the crushing chamber, high-speed rotating hammers/blades impact, shear, and grind the wood. The processed material passes through a screen (mesh size customizable) and is discharged by a fan or conveyor. The forced feeding mechanism prevents material rollback and clogging, enabling stable processing of irregular or bulky wood.
