1. Product Overview
Our factory supplies various stainless steel pipes, including seamless stainless steel tubes and welded stainless steel tubes. Available in round, square, rectangular and special shapes with multiple stainless steel grades such as 201, 304, 316L, 321, 310S. We strictly produce in accordance with ASTM, DIN, GB and international standards. Surface finishes include 2B, BA, 8K mirror polishing, pickling, EP electrolytic polishing for sanitary use. All sizes can be customized according to customer requirements, widely used in industrial fluid transportation, chemical engineering, food pharmacy, building decoration, machinery manufacturing and other fields. ✅ Superior Corrosion & Rust Resistance Made of high-quality stainless steel raw materials, stable internal chemical composition, excellent acid, alkali and oxidation resistance. It will not rust under outdoor humid environment and various corrosive chemical media, greatly extending service life.
✅ High Dimensional Precision & Smooth Surface Adopt hot rolling, cold drawing and precision welding production technology. Outer diameter, wall thickness tolerance is strictly controlled. Inner and outer walls are smooth without pits, cracks, sand holes and scratches. The inner wall has small fluid resistance, not easy to scale and convenient for cleaning.
✅ Excellent Comprehensive Mechanical Performance High tensile strength and compressive capacity, can bear high water pressure and air pressure. Resistant to high and low temperature from -60℃ to 650℃, applicable to extreme working conditions. Good ductility, easy to cut, bend, stamp and weld for secondary processing.
✅ Diversified Surface & Customizable Service Multiple surface treatments optional: matte industrial surface, bright polished decorative surface, ultra-clean EP sanitary surface. Support customized outer diameter, wall thickness, fixed cutting length, special processing ends to meet different project demands.
✅ Food Sanitary Optional Grade 316L sanitary stainless steel pipe adopts electrolytic polishing treatment, ultra-clean inner cavity, no bacteria breeding, in line with international food and pharmaceutical hygiene standards, safe for drinking water, beverage and pharmaceutical pipeline transportation.

Hydrostatic pressure test & eddy current flaw detection to avoid leakage and internal cracks
Surface appearance full inspection Complete Mill Test Certificate (MTC) will be provided together with goods.
6. Packaging & Shipment
Ordinary export package: wrapped with waterproof kraft paper + woven bag outside
Precision & thin-wall pipe: packed in wooden pallet or wooden case to prevent collision deformation
Support 20GP/40GP container bulk loading, flexible loading plan to save logistics cost
Delivery time: 7-15 working days after receiving deposit
