Product Overview
We supply complete Hastelloy series alloys including B, B-2, C, C-4, C-276, N, S, W and X. Our products are supplied in steel plate, round bar, seamless pipe and forged blanks with stable chemical composition conforming to ASTM standards.
Grade performance introduction
Hastelloy B & B-2: Mainly resist reducing acid such as hydrochloric acid, ideal for pure reduction corrosive working conditions.
Hastelloy C, C-4, C-276: Classic chromium-molybdenum alloy, withstand oxidizing & mixed acid corrosion, the most widely used Hastelloy grades.
Hastelloy N/S/W/X: High-temperature optimized grades, resist molten salt corrosion, high-temperature oxidation and thermal creep for high-temperature corrosive devices.
Customized processing service
Support cutting, bending, forging and polishing treatment. Strict factory inspection is implemented, and complete material inspection documents are provided for customers' review.
Main application fields
Chemical reactors, acid pickling equipment, flue gas desulfurization devices, offshore petroleum pipelines, waste liquid treatment equipment and high-temperature chemical furnace components.
Export packaging
Wrap products with anti-rust paper and waterproof film, fixed with steel strips. Precision alloy pipes and plates are packed in plywood cases to prevent collision and rust damage during long-distance sea transportation.
