I. Product Overview
The Gear Pump Comprehensive Performance Test Bench is a specialised testing platform designed specifically for external gear pumps, internal gear pumps, cycloidal gear pumps, lubricating oil gear pumps and hydraulic gear pumps. As positive-displacement pumps, gear pumps exhibit characteristics such as high-pressure internal leakage, flow pulsation and low-speed start-up torque. 4. Flow Pulsation Detection: Real-time monitoring of outlet pressure and flow pulsation coefficient to assess the smoothness of gear pump operation, meeting the testing requirements for products designed for low-pulsation conditions in machine tool hydraulics and precision lubrication systems.
5. Pressure Resistance and Sealing Performance Testing: Supports static pressure-holding tests to detect leaks at the pump casing, end caps and shaft seal locations, verifying the unit’s pressure-bearing capacity and sealing reliability.
6. Temperature Rise and Endurance Testing: Supports long-term endurance testing under alternating pressure cycles, continuously monitoring the temperature of the working fluid and the pump body to assess thermal stability and the wear life of components under sustained high-pressure conditions.
7. No-Load Running-In Test: Simulates factory running-in conditions by completing a no-load operation for a preset duration, thereby revealing assembly defects such as burrs and poor fit-and-finish at an early stage.

The complete system comprises a closed-loop hydraulic circulation unit, a precision load and pressure regulation module, high-precision pressure, flow, torque and speed sensors, an oil temperature control system, an electrical control cabinet, an industrial control HMI unit, and dedicated measurement and control software for gear pumps; it is supplied with auxiliary components such as quick-change fixtures, filters, safety relief valves and protective covers. Optional expansion modules include a noise and vibration acquisition module and a high- and low-temperature medium temperature control unit.
