Detailed Introduction:
The HPT Series Multi-Cylinder Cone Crusher integrates advanced tech, hydraulic & intelligent control. It features high efficiency, good cubic product shape, and low wear, with full hydraulic protection and Siemens PLC monitoring. Suitable for medium-fine crushing of hard ores (granite, basalt) in mining/construction/cement industries, plus small footprint and easy maintenance.
Product Features
Working Principle:
When the HPT multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher works, the motor drives the gear shaft via a pulley and V-belt. The drive shaft rotates the eccentric sleeve around the main shaft through bevel gears, making the movable cone swing. The movable and fixed cones alternately approach and move away, squeezing, impacting and crushing material in the cavity formed between them. Crushed material discharges from the bottom.
Applicability:
1. Laminated crushing and good product shape: Adopting the laminated crushing principle, it minimizes excessive crushing, resulting in uniform particle size and excellent cubic product shape, which meets high-quality aggregate requirements.
