Detailed Product Description
Our industrial filter bags are manufactured using advanced needle-punch or woven technology, providing a uniform pore structure for efficient particle capture. The polyester felt is ideal for general dust collection, offering good air permeability and mechanical strength. For high-temperature applications, PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide) filter bags are highly resistant to heat and chemical corrosion, commonly used in coal-fired boilers and incinerators. PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) bags excel in extreme environments with temperatures up to 260°C and aggressive chemicals. Polypropylene (PP) is the best choice for moist or acidic conditions, while Nylon provides excellent abrasion resistance for abrasive dusts.
Each bag is precision-cut and sewn with double-stitched seams to prevent leakage. We offer optional surface treatments such as singeing (to reduce surface fiber shedding), calendering (to improve dust cake release), and PTFE membrane lamination (for ultra-fine particle filtration). The bags are compatible with both pulse-jet and reverse-air dust collectors.
