Introduction to Mining Mucking Loader
The mining mucking loader, also known as a rock loader or underground mucking machine, is a specialized engineering machinery integrating slag scraping, conveying and loading functions, which plays an indispensable role in modern underground excavation and mining projects. As a core equipment in the mining and tunneling industry, it is widely used in various harsh working environments, replacing traditional manual slag handling and greatly improving operation efficiency and safety.
It is mainly composed of motor, hydraulic travel, excavation device, travel device, belt conveyor unloading and electrical control system. The hydraulic system of the whole vehicle is driven by a 15kw motor to drive the gear pump. The hydraulic oil goes through the oil tank to the multi-way valve to the actuator and then returns to the oil tank. The control of the hydraulic device is completed through the four handles of the multi-way valve. Its outstanding advantages are flexible operation and high slag discharge efficiency. Taking a 2m*2m lane as an example, a row of blasting can be cleaned in about an hour.
