Product Overview
The rotary sawdust dryer for wood pellet production line is a dedicated core pre-processing unit custom-built for modern wood pellet plants. It is installed between the upstream sawdust crushing section and the downstream pellet mill, specially designed to process raw sawdust and stably reduce its initial moisture content to the precise 8%-12% range that perfectly meets the strict forming requirements of pellet machines. It is the key guarantee for the entire pellet production line to achieve continuous, stable and high-yield operation.

This series of dryers adopts targeted optimized designs fully adapted to the operation characteristics of wood pellet lines:
The specially designed anti-sticking lifting flights form a uniform material curtain, making sawdust fully contact with hot air for high-efficiency heat exchange, avoiding material sticking and caking that affect drying uniformity.
The optimized multi-loop hot air flow path maximizes heat utilization efficiency, effectively cutting down the unit drying energy consumption and reducing the long-term operating cost of the pellet plant.
The heavy-duty reinforced structure supports 24/7 non-stop continuous operation, perfectly matching the high-load continuous production rhythm of modern large-scale wood pellet production lines.
It can be seamlessly connected with the upstream sawdust pre-treatment system and downstream pellet mill, realizing coordinated operation of the whole production line.

This dedicated rotary sawdust dryer effectively avoids common problems in pellet production such as loose pellets, low forming rate and shortened die life caused by unstable moisture of dried materials. It helps pellet plants make full use of low-cost wood processing waste and forestry residues as raw materials, greatly expanding the profit space of the project.
