The rotary sawdust dryer for wood pellet production line is a dedicated core pre-processing unit custom-built for modern wood pellet plants. The specially designed anti-sticking lifting flights form a uniform material curtain, making sawdust fully contact with hot air for high-efficiency heat exchange, avoiding material sticking and caking that affect drying uniformity.
The optimized multi-loop hot air flow path maximizes heat utilization efficiency, effectively cutting down the unit drying energy consumption and reducing the long-term operating cost of the pellet plant.
The heavy-duty reinforced structure supports 24/7 non-stop continuous operation, perfectly matching the high-load continuous production rhythm of modern large-scale wood pellet production lines.
It can be seamlessly connected with the upstream sawdust pre-treatment system and downstream pellet mill, realizing coordinated operation of the whole production line.
