The Liou vertical milk tank is a stainless steel container designed for outdoor storage of fresh milk at low temperatures. Utilizing an insulated structure between the inner wall and outer shell, combined with intermittent stirring by a high-speed propeller inside the tank, it ensures that incoming fresh milk (≤5°C) can be stored for 24 hours without temperature increase exceeding 2°C or fat separation. This system is widely employed in dairy farms and dairy processing plants for fresh milk storage.
1. This equipment features a cylindrical double-layer housing structure. The inner chamber components in contact with materials are fabricated from 304-2B steel plate, while the outer shell is constructed using either 304-2B steel plate or coated corrugated panel, depending on user specifications.
2. The milk tank is equipped with a ladder on its side, and features a stainless steel guardrail (connected to the walkway), a breathing tube, cleaning balls for both the tank and breathing tube, a drainage bowl, and a high-level sound alarm fork at the top.
3. The lower part of the storage chamber is equipped with an indoor working compartment, featuring an elliptical manhole, a stirring device, a digital temperature gauge, a liquid level sound fork, a sampling valve, and a cleaning mechanism for the stirring device.
4. Fill the space between the inner and outer walls of the warehouse with foamed polyurethane insulation material.
5. Specifications: Customizable according to customer requirements (10–80 tons)
