Product Overview The Inverter ARC Welder series uses advanced IGBT inverter technology to deliver smooth, stable arc performance in a compact lightweight package. The five-model range covers 110V and 220V input options with output currents from 20-100A (ZX7-228) up to 30-320A (ZX7-500), making the series suitable for everything from household repair to light industrial fabrication.
Welding Performance Each model is tuned for specific rod diameters: 2.5mm rods on the smaller units, 3.2mm rods on the mid-range, and 4.0mm rods on the industrial ZX7-500. Built-in hot start makes arc initiation effortless, and anti-stick prevents electrode freezing to the workpiece. Auto-voltage compensation keeps output stable even when input power drops by 15%.
Portability The series weights range from 1.96kg (ZX7-228) to 6.3kg (ZX7-420), making every model highly portable. The integrated carry handle and shoulder strap (included) allow one-handed transport. The compact footprint fits in any tool bag or job site storage.
