Product Overview The 168F-1 Gasoline Engine is a versatile single-cylinder OHV power unit rated at 3.8kW (5HP) at 3600rpm. With a 163cc displacement, the engine delivers strong torque for driving water pumps, generators, go-karts, tillers, and a wide range of small machinery. Its compact horizontal-shaft layout makes it ideal for direct-coupling to pumps and belt-driven equipment.
Engine Design The overhead valve configuration improves combustion efficiency, increases torque output, and reduces fuel consumption compared to side-valve designs. A cast iron cylinder liner and forged steel crankshaft deliver long service life under continuous duty. The 14mm spline output shaft can be customized to fit specific equipment requirements.
Fuel and Cooling A 1.5L fuel tank provides 2-3 hours of runtime at typical load. Forced air cooling via a flywheel-mounted fan keeps cylinder temperature in safe range during summer operation. The recoil starter uses a low-effort compression-release system for easy starting even in cold weather.
