Every sculpture project begins in a different way. Some clients already have a complete 3D model and require a professional manufacturer to turn it into a physical sculpture. Others have only a sketch, reference image, character concept, brand story, or general theme and need support with design development.
Jessie Art Workshop provides flexible custom production services for IP character sculptures, branded mascots, foam sculptures, fiberglass statues, themed displays, festival decorations, commercial props, and complete decorative environments.
When a client provides an approved 3D model, we can study its size, proportions, surface details, production feasibility, structural requirements, material options, transportation conditions, and installation method. The model can then be prepared for CNC foam carving, mold production, fiberglass fabrication, resin production, metal construction, or mixed-material manufacturing.
When the original design is incomplete, our team can assist with concept development, pose adjustment, expression design, color planning, 3D modeling, internal structural planning, material recommendations, and visual presentation. We can create original mascots and themed characters according to the client’s brand identity and commercial purpose.
For authorized characters and client-owned IP designs, we can follow the approved model and visual standards supplied by the client. For new projects, we can help create original designs that avoid unnecessary similarity to existing protected characters.
Our production capabilities cover many styles, including realistic people and animals, cartoon mascots, fantasy characters, monsters, oversized decorative objects, contemporary sculpture, abstract art, themed scenery, artificial rocks, trees, flowers, furniture, and architectural decorative elements.
Foam is commonly used for prototypes, stage props, lightweight character sculptures, temporary displays, and detailed carved forms. Foam products can be painted directly for short-term indoor use or covered with fiberglass and resin to improve strength and durability.
Fiberglass is suitable for indoor and outdoor sculptures, large character statues, animals, decorative eggs, pumpkins, themed objects, and commercial display props. Metal structures can be added inside large sculptures to increase stability. Stainless steel, iron, aluminum, wire mesh, wood, acrylic, fabric, plastic, artificial plants, and lighting materials can also be combined according to the required appearance.
We can integrate LED lighting, sound systems, sensors, mechanical movement, rotating structures, projection elements, and electrical controls. These additions allow the sculpture to become part of an interactive or immersive commercial environment.
Projects may be temporary or permanent. Temporary sculptures can be designed for celebrations, exhibitions, seasonal promotions, product launches, and traveling events. Long-term sculptures can be produced for theme parks, shopping malls, hotels, museums, public spaces, and branded visitor centers.
Large products can be divided into transportable sections. Connection points, internal frames, bases, access panels, lifting positions, and installation structures can be planned during the design stage. Trial assembly before shipment can help identify installation issues in advance.
