Detailed Introduction:
Impact crusher is an equipment with the advantages of simple structure, high crushing ratio, low energy consumption, high output, and cubic shape after material crushing. It is mainly used in industrial sectors such as mining, cement, construction, refractory materials, coal, glass, etc., for crushing various materials with medium hardness, such as limestone, clinker, slag, coke, coal, etc.
The impact crusher is composed of 10 key components with clear division of labor: the upper rack (supports the upper crushing structure) is equipped with a hydraulic adjustment device for convenient crushing gap adjustment and a rack lining plate to prevent wear, while the impact frame carrying the impact lining plate is matched with the blow bar (the core crushing part that hits materials) to realize material crushing; the rotor, which drives the blow bar to rotate at high speed, is connected with the main shaft pulley that transmits power, and the lower rack bears the main load of the equipment and connects various components, with a hydraulic lifting device designed to facilitate the maintenance of internal parts.
Application Areas
The working principle of impact crusher mainly utilizes the principle of crushing materials with impact energy. When the machine is in operation, the stones directly fall into the high-speed rotating turntable from the upper part of the machine, and the rotor rotates at high speed under the drive of the electric motor. The material entering from the feeding port collides with the plate hammer on the rotor, and under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, it collides with another part of the flying stones that are separated around the rotary table in an umbrella shape, resulting in high-speed collision and high-density crushing. The material is crushed by the high-speed impact of the plate hammer, and the crushed material is then counterattacked onto the lining plate and crushed again. After hitting each other, the stones will form eddy currents between the turntable and the casing, causing multiple impacts, friction, and crushing.
