Abstract: The underground loader is one of the essential main equipment for trackless mining operations in underground mines. It relies on its own working motion to complete the loading, transportation, and unloading of materials. Therefore, the structure and performance of the loader directly affect its working dimensions and performance parameters. The design of the loader includes the structural parameter design of the linkage mechanism and the structural design of each working component. Taking the underground loader as an example, the structural parameters of its linkage mechanism are optimized. Based on the structural characteristics of the Z-type inverted six-bar mechanism, an optimization design software for the linkage mechanism is developed. Subsequently, multi-rigid-body kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis are conducted for the optimized and unoptimized loader, and finite element analysis is performed on the force conditions under static load. The main research contents include: 1. Processing the three-dimensional model of the loader, deriving the basic relationship formula of the linkage geometry, establishing the mathematical model for the optimization design of the linkage mechanism, and using an improved algorithm of the constrained complex method to optimize the structural parameters of the linkage mechanism. After optimization, the dynamic performance and unloading performance of the loader are improved to varying degrees. An optimization design software integrating motion simulation, dynamic display, tooth tip motion trajectory,2-ton underground loader from the source, 3-ton mining loader performance curves, and automatic data generation for underground loaders is designed and developed.
