Vertical shaft impact crushers are widely applied to process all kinds of ores, concrete, fireproof material, bauxite, quartz, basalt, glass, etc. JYS crushers have many more advantages than other machines for materials of medium and high hardness. Working principle:
1. Center feeding (stone-on-stone): Materials enter centrally, thrown by the high-speed impeller to collide with internal stones for crushing. Good finished grain, fit for sand making.
2. Center + circular waterfall feeding (stone-on-stone): Part materials go through the impeller, the rest fall via the circular channel; they collide to crush, with higher capacity, fit for sand making.
3. Center + circular waterfall feeding (stone-on-iron): Materials thrown by the impeller collide with internal metal liners to crush. High efficiency, fit for fine crushing of high-hardness materials.
