1. What is the tolerance for thickness on your 304 stainless steel strips?
For thicknesses 0.3–1.0 mm, we maintain ±0.02 mm tolerance; for 1.0–2.5 mm, ±0.05 mm. Tighter tolerances are available upon request with additional cost.
2. Can you supply strips with a bright annealed (BA) finish?
Yes, BA finish is one of our standard options. It provides a reflective, smooth surface suitable for decorative applications and food contact parts.
3. Do you offer custom widths and cut-to-length services?
Absolutely. We can slit to any width between 10 mm and 300 mm, and also provide cut-to-length flat bars. Minimum order quantities apply for custom sizes.
4. What packing options are available for coils?
We offer standard export packing: inner moisture-proof paper, steel strapping, and plywood pallets or sea-worthy wooden crates. Small spools are plastic-wrapped with labeling.
5. How do I choose between soft, half hard, and full hard tempers?
