Application:
This grape destemmer and crusher was developed specifically for small- and medium-sized wineries, home winemaking operations, fruit beverage processing plants, agricultural product processing facilities, and farm-based home brewing production lines. It is ideal for the pretreatment of fresh red grapes, white grapes, seedless grapes, and various wine grape varieties. Its integrated design enables destemming, crushing, and juice conveyance in a single pass, seamlessly integrating with upstream processing operations such as wine fermentation tanks, juice extraction equipment, and fruit pulp storage tanks. In addition to grape processing, this equipment can also handle small berries such as mulberries and cherries for use in wine and fruit vinegar production, serving a wide range of clients including food and beverage breweries, agricultural cooperatives, fruit processing enterprises, and global wine equipment wholesalers.

Precision adjustable destemming roller structure thoroughly separates grape clusters from hard stems without crushing grape seeds or stems, effectively reducing tannin impurity mixing and improving wine taste & raw material yield.
4.Independent Dual Power Matching System
Equipped with separate drive motors for destemming crushing unit and screw pump, total stable power of 3.15kW, adjustable running speed according to grape ripeness and processing volume, stable operation without blockage.
