Product Definition：
PPGI (Pre-painted Galvanized Steel Coil) is a high-performance composite material manufactured by applying a durable organic paint system onto a galvanized steel substrate in a continuous coil-coating line-. The substrate is made of cold-rolled steel sheet that has been hot-dip galvanized with a layer of zinc to provide corrosion resistance-. After surface pretreatment (degreasing, cleaning, chemical conversion), a primer and topcoat are applied and cured, resulting in a product that combines the strength of steel with the aesthetics of paint-.
