1.Product Introduction: Ceramic roller lagging is used to solve the problem of conveyor belt slipping, which cannot be solved by conventional rubber roller lagging. In fact, whether in wet, muddy or dry conditions, the friction coefficient of ceramic roller lagging is two to four times that of rubber. Ceramic roller lagging is better than standard rubber roller lagging. Under normal circumstances, it can be used for more than 8 years. It is more versatile in various practical application environments, increases the service life of the roller, and at the same time extends the service life of the conveyor belt. It is also an economical choice to improve the productivity of the conveying system.
2.Features: Each ceramic rubber sheet is made by casting hundreds of independent ceramic chips into a rubber board, and each cast ceramic chip has a raised feature. Under the general pressure of the conveyor belt, thousands of cast bumps can ensure positive traction, prevent slipping, and extend the service life of the conveyor belt roller. The elastic bottom rubber has a good anti-impact effect.
The grooves at regular intervals allow foreign objects (dust, muddy water) on the roller to be removed along the grooves, giving the roller a self-cleaning function, which is especially suitable for long - time working environments.
