1. Basic structure and composition
Chain plate: made of metal (such as stainless steel, carbon steel) or high-strength engineering plastic, with various shapes (flat plate, wavy, with ribs, etc.), directly carrying materials.
Chain: Roller chains or sleeve chains are usually used to connect with chain plates and transmit power.
Drive device: including motor, reducer, drive sprocket, providing power to drive the chain to operate.
Tensioning device: Adjust the tightness of the chain to prevent slipping or detachment.
Rack: A steel structure or aluminum frame that supports the entire conveyor system.
Guidance device: Ensure that the chain and chain plate maintain the correct trajectory during operation.
2. Working principle
The driving device drives the sprocket to rotate, and through the meshing of the chain and sprocket, the chain plate is pulled to move in a circular motion. The material is placed on the chain plate and moves to the target position with the chain plate to achieve continuous conveying.
