Ductile Iron Embedded Gate, Built-in Installation Type for Concrete Channel Water Sealing Barrier
Product Spotlights
Our cast iron sluice gates are manufactured from high-grade ductile iron QT500-7, which outperforms ordinary gray cast iron in tensile strength, toughness and deformation resistance. Unlike fragile traditional cast iron products, this material can withstand long-term water pressure, sediment impact and alternating wet-dry environments without cracking, meeting long-term underwater working requirements for inland water conservancy projects. Every gate body undergoes stress relief annealing after integral casting to eliminate internal casting stress, avoiding warping after years of water soaking.
For water sealing performance, we adopt inlaid brass sealing strips instead of bonded rubber strips. Brass features wear resistance and anti-aging properties, which can keep close fit with the gate slot after thousands of opening and closing operations. The double-sided inclined sealing structure cuts water leakage rate below 0.01L/s per meter, suitable for strict anti-seepage scenarios including reservoir water storage and groundwater interception. The gate slot is processed by CNC finish machining to ensure flat assembly tolerance, preventing sand and sludge jamming during operation.
We provide two driving modes for diversified site demands: manual screw hoist and electric hydraulic drive. Manual types fit remote rural irrigation canals with no stable power supply, featuring simple structure and zero daily power consumption. Electric types support remote intelligent control, automatic water level induction and timed opening, ideal for urban river drainage and municipal flood control systems. All exposed metal accessories are treated with coal tar epoxy anti-corrosion coating, resisting freshwater corrosion and mild coastal brackish water erosion.
This series of gates covers square, circular and customized irregular sizes, with effective working depth ranging from 0.5m to 12m. It adapts to multiple scenarios: farmland irrigation water diversion, sewage treatment tank interception, urban inland river flood drainage and reservoir tail water regulation. Compared with steel gates, cast iron structures require no regular paint maintenance, with a service life over 40 years. We provide full-set accessories including embedded gate slots, anchor bolts and sealing gaskets, supporting on-site direct installation without secondary cutting. All products pass ISO9001 quality inspection and meet international water conservancy project bidding standards
