90/10 copper-nickel (Cu90Ni10) pipe fittings, leveraging the advantages of their copper-nickel alloy ratio, possess excellent resistance to seawater corrosion, marine biofouling, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion. They also exhibit outstanding thermal conductivity, good low-temperature toughness, are non-magnetic, easy to weld, and 100% recyclable. Compared to ordinary stainless steel, they offer greater adaptability, a longer service life, and superior cost-effectiveness.
Their core applications include marine and offshore oil and gas platforms, seawater desalination, coastal thermal and nuclear power plants, and chemical brine transportation. They are widely used in corrosive fluid piping systems such as seawater cooling, fire-fighting water supply, heat exchange condensation, and brine transportation.
