2. BOM Pre-Audit Risk Management
According to the BOM failure chain diagram, we implement strict material verification for all medical projects to prevent delivery delay and unqualified finished boards:
Fully check official MPN of all signal passive components, medical ICs and connectors;
Identify all obsolete part numbers and supply qualified cross alternatives;
Evaluate multi-channel supplier stock of medical passive devices to avoid supply interruption;
Upgrade passive stability grade for continuous monitoring instruments.Unverified BOM will trigger Design → Procurement Delay → Assembly Fault → Unqualified Medical Board, all risks are eliminated before production scheduling.
3. Full Traceability Archive System
Every medical PCBA reserves permanent trace data to meet medical equipment tracking requirements:
File incoming component batch COC and supplier qualification documents;
Record dust-free SMT batches and AOI optical inspection logs;
Laser print unique serial number on each PCB for single-unit traceability;
Archive full low-noise signal aging test data;
Establish dedicated filing channel for hospital equipment after-sales feedback.When customers receive abnormal signal feedback from clinical sites, we can rapidly retrieve all matched production records for root analysis. All trace documents are stored long-term internally.
