The consistency meter is a general instrument used to determine the texture structure of food. The consistency meter (flowing viscosity meter) of Shanghai Qige Industrial Co., Ltd. has the features of low cost, easy operation and durability. Whether in the laboratory or at the production site, it can quickly detect whether the sample meets the standard viscosity, consistency and fluidity. It is made of 2mm electrolytic treated steel plate and equipped with a standard 100ml sample tank. Internal quality inspection has been carried out to ensure the repeatability of measurement and the harmony between the instruments.
Applicable to: viscosity determination of products such as tomato sauce, fruit sauce, yogurt, oyster sauce, and paste.

Usage instructions
Step 1: Pour the sample to be tested (usually 75ml) into the sample chamber behind the spring door;
Step 2: Press the lock on the spring door to make it spring up instantly, and start timing with a stopwatch at the same time;
Step 3: The progress of the fluid flowing in the instrument can be precisely measured by the precise scale on the base plate. By comparing the flow rate within a specific period of time (usually 30 seconds), the physical properties of the sample (viscosity, fluidity, etc.) can be calculated.
