Product Overview：
The digital display measuring instrument for wire and cable insulation thickness is a precision and high-efficiency opto-mechatronic measuring device. It is widely applied in machinery, instrumentation, electronics, light industry and other sectors, as well as universities, research institutes and metrological verification departments.
This instrument can efficiently inspect the contour dimensions and surface profiles of various complex-shaped workpieces, such as templates, stampings, cams, threads, gears, form milling cutters and so on.
The instrument is equipped with a high-quality optical system featuring clear objective lens imaging and accurate magnification. Under transmitted light illumination, the contour measurement error is less than 0.08%. The measurement indication error is (3+L/75) μm, where L stands for the measured length in millimeters (mm).
