Product Introduction
JUNSUN's ZYD-100 Double Stage High Vacuum Transformer Oil Purification Machine is specially designed for treating transformer oil and other kinds of insulating liquids in the oil-filled power equipment. Through degasification, dehydration, and filtration process, the dissolved gases and moisture, solid impurities, contaminations can be effectively removed from oil.
Main Features
1. Equipped with double stage high vacuum system consisting of large capacity rotary vane vacuum pump and roots vacuum pump. The system has fast pumping speed, ensuring the machine to operate continuously in a high vacuum state (ultimate vacuum ≤ 5Pa, working vacuum ≤ 133Pa).
2. Equipped with JUNSUN specially designed large size vacuum chamber, together with advanced degasification and dehydration technology, which can remove gas and water very quickly and effectively.
3. Equipped with high precision large size three stage oil filtration system, including primary filter, secondary filter, and fine filter, which have gradually increased precision, the dimensions of filter elements are bigger than most of other manufacturers, which can effectively remove mechanical impurities from oil and have longer service life.
4. Equipped with automatic temperature control system, automatic oil level control system, automatic defoaming system, automatic pressure protection system, which guarantees safe and reliable operation in the long term.
5. Equipped with comprehensive protection mechanism, such as power protection, pressure protection, motor overload protection. If any protection mechanism is triggered, the machine will stop working automatically.
6. Equipped with high efficiency electric heating system, heating the oil uniformly, avoid the deterioration of oil during heating process.
7. This machine is able to operate offline or online at indoor or outdoor. In addition, this machine has a specialized vacuum pumping interface, if equipped with related optional features, it can be also used as independent vacuum pump set to evacuate transformers.
